      We're seeking a Returns Coordinator to join our Purchasing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day return processing functions to meet the needs for customer and internal returns related to warranty, nonconforming, excess inventory, damaged, and repaired parts. You can also expect to monitor timeliness of part returns and credits in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and nonconforming parts in the NCR data base. Additionally, you can expect to be the first point of contact for Customer Service and Field Service inquiries regarding to returns.

      What can you expect in this role?

      • Expedite returned material flow, providing 24- to 48-hour processing of all returned goods. Track items to identify reason for returns. Centralize and make available status of returned materials. Monitor common cause trend resolutions.
      • Proactively follow-up on returned goods for expedient resolution and disposition of material as required throughout RGA cycle.
      • Interact with a vast variety of Park’s internal departments and suppliers to facilitate resolving issues and to gain information relative to returned goods and nonconformances.
      • Negotiate and problem solve with suppliers.
      • Develop and maintain necessary reports, nonconformances, and summaries for concise review by appropriate departments.
      • Maintain RGA logs and coordinate shipping of products for supplier evaluation.
      • Execute system transactions to account for material flow.

        In this role, you will work onsite, full-time office hours, first shift Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

        • Two- or four-year degree in related field or equivalent experience, preferred.
        • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office and JDE.
        • Ability to effectively communicate with others via oral and written communication.
        • Ability to understand routings, bills of material, drawings, and other technical documentation.
        • Capability to define problems, identify issues, and develop creative solutions using critical thinking and decision-making skills to draw valid conclusions.
        • Ability to effectively organize, manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
        • Experience in Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions and/or willingness to learn.
        • Ability to flex and adjust to changing circumstances and handle unexpected obstacles while being open to new ideas with a willingness to learn and grow.
        • Operates with a mindset of curiosity, experimentation, and learning, resulting in innovative opportunities that propels Park to exceptional results.

          Pay Transparency Statement

          In accordance with pay transparency regulations, the anticipated starting hourly rate for this position ranges from $19.50 to $25.00. Please note that the hourly range provided is an estimate and not a guarantee; the final offer will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, location, and assigned shift. Full-time employees may also be eligible for variable compensation, company-wide incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. Additionally, the availability of benefits and programs may vary depending on the hire date, employment type, and hours worked.
