      The Material Handler/Returns Processor I responsibilities include processing product returns from our customers including the necessary system research for appropriate credits and product disposition. This position is also require to perform standard warehouse duties, including but not limited to: unloading trucks, sorting and login packages, and cycle counts.

      What will you be doing?

      • Process inventory and asset returns from RAs and STOs using SAP and Mymediset systems, including product Complaints and Customer repairs.
      • Research inventory discrepancies by analyzing data in SAP and Mymediset systems.
      • Use appropriate transactions codes to document returns, including Credits to customers.
      • Extensive communication with the sales force, customers and other Smith and Nephew facilities, in and outside the U.S., via email, Excel, MS Teams and/or telephone.
      • Ensure compliance with all company processes and procedures.
      • Maintain an organized work area.
      • Perform other duties as assigned Maintain and operate material handling equipment Work in a team environment using the skills of communicating, listening and participating in developing continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment

      What will you need to be successful?

      • Education:
        • High School Diploma or GED required
        • Associates or Bachelors Degree in Business or related field preferred

      • Experience:
        • 0 – 2 years of experience in customer services
        • 3 – 5 years in a warehouse environment experience preferred
      • SAP knowledge desired.
      • Knowledge of MS Excel desired.
      • Ability to read small print at different levels of lighting.
      • Capable of working independently and in a fast pace environment.
      • Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and time management skills.
      • Able to work well with other team members.
      • Ability to learn new techniques quickly, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records and comply with company policies.
      • Physical Demands: Minor physical demands:
        • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
        • Lifting boxes 10-25 lbs, reaching, and bending.
