Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist (T) with 8 to 10 years of experience in Transact (Structured Products) and a strong background in Investment Banking & Brokerage. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during the day shift. This role does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our product offerings and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and enhancement of structured products within the Transact platform.

Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch support.

Provide expert guidance on investment banking and brokerage processes to ensure product alignment with industry standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Ensure the seamless integration of new features and functionalities within the existing product framework.

Conduct thorough testing and validation of product enhancements to maintain high-quality standards.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product innovation.

Develop and deliver training materials and documentation for internal teams and clients.

Support sales and marketing efforts by providing product expertise and participating in client meetings.

Analyze client feedback and usage data to drive continuous product improvement.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.

Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize product performance.

Qualifications

Possess a deep understanding of Transact (Structured Products) and its application in investment banking.

Have a strong background in investment banking and brokerage with a focus on structured products.

Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Show proficiency in project management and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Have experience working in a hybrid work model.

Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Transact Configuration and Customization (GAPs development EB Tables Versions Enquiries Routines in Java/Python/JOST Advice Delivery in XML format).

Transact User Menus and Entitlement configuration.

Transact Integration with other applications (REST APIs KAFKA MQ)

Transact SRE (Scalability and Reliability tests Data Encryption Data Anonymization Logging and Monitoring Authentication and Authorization Cybersecurity controls etc.)
