      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee delegated credentialing and enrollment functions, ensuring adherence to payer requirements and regulatory guidelines
      - Maintain and update enrollment files, provider directories, and delegated rosters in accordance with payer contracts
      - Identify areas for improvement in standardization of enrollment data and documentation
      - Develop and maintain a working knowledge of core systems and assist with operational analysis
      - Act as a liaison between Revenue Cycle Enrollment, payers, and internal stakeholders to streamline processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Finance preferred, or equivalent experience
      - 2-3 years of experience in payer enrollment functions preferred
      - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to present data effectively
      - Highly organized with solid time management skills to handle multiple tasks

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare enrollment processes or related fields
      - Familiarity with systems like Epic and MD Staff
      - Self-motivated with a resourceful approach to problem-solving
      - Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
