  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Read and interpret remittance advice and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
  - Problem-solve billing issues by contacting carriers and clients, recommending solutions
  - Manage complex denial categories and establish processes for appeals
  - Ensure accurate patient billing and maintain productivity and quality ratings
  - Serve as a training buddy for new hires as needed
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High School Diploma or equivalent required
  - Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience required, preferably in RCM or Accounts Receivable
  - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures
  - Excellent organizational and communication skills
  - Proficiency in Alpha-Numeric Data Entry and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Familiarity with LCBS billing screens and RTPA for necessary adjustments
  - Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
  - Experience in extensive computer and phone work
  - Strong research skills
