      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support all facets of Epic Hospital Billing, including system implementations and enhancements
      - Address and resolve ServiceNow tickets related to billing processes
      - Lead and participate in projects focused on optimizing billing workflows
      - Collaborate with operations to enhance system performance and functionality
      - Ensure compliance with hospital billing standards and practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of two (2) years of relevant technical or business work experience
      - EPIC certification with a focus on hospital billing highly preferred

      - Experience with Epic systems and hospital billing processes
      - Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
