**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Analyze key revenue cycle metrics and monitor payer behavior to identify trends and inefficiencies
- Develop actionable insights and strategies to enhance revenue cycle performance across departments
- Build and maintain real-time dashboards for data reporting and visualization
- Conduct analyses to support strategic planning and optimize operational workflows
- Ensure compliance with billing standards and contribute to documentation audits
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- 1–3 years of experience in revenue cycle analytics, revenue integrity, or healthcare billing and reporting roles
- Hands-on experience with Epic (preferably Clarity or Reporting Workbench) and pharmacy billing systems
- Familiarity with healthcare billing standards, payer reimbursement methodologies, and claims processing
- Ability to work harmoniously with diverse colleagues, patients, and vendors
- Willingness to promote equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging within the organization
**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
- Associate degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Informatics, Finance, or a related field
- Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) or equivalent revenue cycle certification
- Understanding of FQHC-specific revenue cycle nuances and value-based care reimbursement
- Advanced Excel skills
