      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop strategies to improve overall revenue performance
      - Standardize approaches for operational issues, reporting, and quality management
      - Analyze revenue cycle data to draw insightful conclusions
      - Collaborate on EMR system issues to improve revenue data flow
      - Stay updated on industry coding and reimbursement practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Medical Coding Knowledge (CPC preferred)
      - Approximately 3 years of analytical experience in physician billing or practice management
      - Competence in EPIC reporting, Power BI, Cognos, or similar reporting tools
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in an academic medical center
      - Experience with Weill Cornell Medicine or similar institution
      - Knowledge of New York City healthcare regulations
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel
      - Experience with revenue cycle optimization initiatives
