What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage short- and long-term objectives for revenue cycle activities
- Oversee accounts receivable activities to maintain positive cash flow and maximize reimbursement
- Review and develop policies and procedures for continuous improvement
- Facilitate closes processes and ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Drive electronic data interchange (EDI) initiatives for billing options

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree; Advanced Degree desirable or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6-8 years of related experience
- 3+ years of supervisory or project/program management experience preferred
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database, and email applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong working knowledge of general accounting and revenue cycle
- Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proactive management style to lead cohesive and productive teams
