What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, management, finance, business administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of program and/or project management experience required
- 3-5 years of relevant healthcare experience, specifically in revenue cycle or strategy required
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Epic software
- Ability to deliver presentations to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with healthcare vendors and third-party billing solutions
