What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the integration of new clinics and clinicians into the revenue cycle within specified timeframes
- Collaborate with revenue cycle teams on the handoff and escalation of issues
- Participate in projects to optimize electronic charge capture and automate workflows
- Maintain compliance with coding rules and regulations and provide training to staff as required
- Conduct system testing and implement processes to ensure accurate reimbursement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in an office-based physician practice
- 2+ years of expert knowledge of professional revenue cycle billing and processes
- Strong understanding of Electronic Medical Record Systems (EMR), particularly Epic
- Demonstrated knowledge of medical coding and Medicare billing rules

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Multi-Specialty Certification through AAPC or AHIMA
- Experience with multi-specialty coding and auditing
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations
- Proven ability in developing and implementing training programs
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage challenging interactions
