      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Daily review of charge items and revenue integrity work queues
      - Analysis of billed charges, medical records, and related documentation
      - Evaluation of charge capture practices for accuracy and compliance
      - Identification of root causes and development of corrective action plans
      - Participation in the implementation of new functionality to support revenue cycle processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
      - 2 years of related experience
      - Excellent knowledge of Epic, Excel, and SQL queries
      - Working knowledge of CPT and HCPCs coding guidelines
      - Strong computer, proofreading, and communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively
      - Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Experience in revenue cycle analytics or similar role
      - Certification in relevant field
      - Familiarity with other relevant coding/billing guidelines
