      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate denial management processes for Revenue Integrity department
      - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement enhancements
      - Maintain strong working relationships with associated ministry Payer Strategy team
      - Conduct audits of patient medical records and bills
      - Stay informed about denial trends and healthcare financing regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Registered Nurse with at least 4 years of nursing experience
      - 2 years of utilization review/case management experience
      - Bachelor's Degree preferred
      - Knowledge of revenue cycle and denial management functions
      - Familiarity with health care regulations and managed care

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Outpatient CDI experience
      - Background in customer service
      - Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
      - Ability to interact effectively with multidisciplinary teams
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
