Responsibilities:
- Lead pricing meetings and provide recommendations for assigned cruise programs
- Report on inventory trends and establish booking curves for future progress measurement
- Facilitate and audit pricing actions in reservation and internal YODA systems
- Monitor competitive products, pricing, and promotional activity
- Produce status reports summarizing bookings, revenue, pace, and proposed actions
Requirements:
- 2 years of revenue management experience preferred
- Familiarity with cruise revenue management concepts and/or prior revenue management experience
- Knowledge of the cruise industry business environment
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze data, make decisions, and be accountable for performance
Additional Information:
- This position can be 100% fully remote within the US
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Holland America is unable to sponsor employment visas at this time
- Salary range: $54,200.00 to $73,200.00, based on qualifications and experience
