- Lead execution of the multi-year Net Revenue Management strategy roadmap to deliver sustainable growth and margin expansion, in partnership with BU teams
- Ensure that pack price & mix management priorities are supported by relevant consumer insights (Pack U&A, Perceived Value) to facilitate understanding of role of packs, evolving consumer demand spaces, pricing headroom & mix shifts
- Delivers analytics on the financial implications of price/pack/promotion decisions grounded in understanding of elasticity & cannibalization across categories, customer & channels
- Develops a coherent agenda to drive Trade Spend optimization by deploying targeted programs, define trade spend guardrails, ensuring ROI of promotions to deliver D&A productivity
- Deploy targeted RM deep dives leveraging PEP NRM tools to identify value opportunities to underpin sustainable NRR delivery over the PSP horizon
- Lead the implementation of NRM core data tools (NRM Analytics Hub), predictive analytics automation (RevolutioM) and support the Exceedra TPM system implementation
- Tracks the AOP plans for Net Revenue Realization, leveraging pricing, mix and trade promotion optimization levers and leads development of granular plans to achieve the objectives
- Supports the regular MBR to evaluate PEP NRR performance drivers and impact of PEP and Competitive actions on revenue and share performance.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams - Category, Commercial, Finance, Insights etc to ensure NRM opportunities / actions are supported and readily translated into functional plans
- Develop appropriate NRM analytics & tracking methodologies for BU leadership
- Provide operational leadership to the 5 member NRM team in PepsiCo Thailand Foods
- 12+ years minimum progressive industry experience across NRM, Commercial, Finance and/or Consulting in the FMCG space with 4+ years direct experience in Revenue Management
- Business Management (MBA / Bachelors) and / or CA / CPA
- Strong background of Revenue Management with multi-channel experience preferably in established FMCG
- Progressive Commercial and / or Finance experience in consumer goods (revenue management, commercial leadership, trade marketing, sales finance, pricing & sales analytics)
- Commercial strategy acumen – Strong commercial and analytical ability required to manage both the operational and strategic agenda and interrogate complex data with ease, including strong analytical and excel skills
- High Quality of deliverables including input data sanctity & robust analytics outputs
- Multi-tasking to execute parallel work-streams overcoming ambiguity
- Motivated self-starter and able to drive progress in an ambiguous environment
- Conversant with financial, market data & Sales IT tools (SAP, Nielsen, Dunhumby, Retailer POS etc)
- In-depth understanding of various NRM analytics techniques (pack price curves, cross price elasticity, NRR waterfall, promo ROI, cannibalization, commodity GM impact, NRM actions VC impact etc)
- Strong leadership skills to build a strong NRM team and develop NRM team members
