  Job Description

  Revenue Management Specialist

  Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Join our team as a Revenue Management Specialist in Clinical Research Finance. We're looking for a dynamic research and finance professional eager to make a meaningful impact in revenue management.

  Role Overview:

  · Manage recovery of clinical research revenue for portfolio of clinical trials.

  · Review clinical trial contracts, conduct outreach to research teams, issue invoices to clinical trial sponsors, reconcile clinical trial data, and collaborate with finance on payment application.

  · Participate in compliance efforts through auditing, payment reconciliation, and quality assurance review of billing calendars.

  · Utilize reporting to guide daily work and ensure high performance on invoice aging, payment application, revenue recovery, and fund deficit review.

  Key Qualifications:

  · 2-4 years experience in revenue management, invoicing, database management, and/or clinical trials strongly preferred

  Core Skills:

  · Effective communication

  · Attention to detail to monitor and maintain compliance

  · Ability to use sound judgement and evidence-backed decision making

  · Independent and proactive work style

  · Understanding of clinical research, budgets, contracts, and/or accounts receivable processes

  Additional Information:

  · Location: Remote

  · Schedule: Monday through Friday

  · Reporting to the Manager, Revenue Management

  Pay Range: $60,000.00 - $93,100.00.
