What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, develop, and lead projects to enhance sales performance, efficiency, and revenue growth
- Own sales reporting and analytics, providing actionable insights to sales leadership
- Manage deal desk operations including pricing approvals and contract review processes
- Design and maintain data structures and integrations across the sales tech stack to streamline workflows
- Administer sales compensation plans and provide ongoing training on sales processes and tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a revenue operations or sales operations role
- Strong communication skills and experience working with Sales Representatives
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail
- Understanding of mid-market and enterprise B2B SaaS sales motions and KPIs
- Experience administering Salesforce; certification as an Admin is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Gong, Clay, and Zapier
- Experience leading training or forecasting sessions
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Knowledge of using GenAI tools like ChatGPT in a business setting
