- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of site operations management (repair operations management highly preferred)
- Demonstrated management of operations key performance indicators to drive improvement
- Business process and project management experience
- Comfortable working without a lot of guidance to pioneer solutions
- A proven track record of successfully leading multiple concurrent projects of medium to large scope
- Ability to effectively communicate operations/project status and present to senior management
- Capable of intermediate data analysis to weigh options and back up recommendations
- Intermediate to advanced expertise with industry standard tools, including Microsoft Project (or equivalent project management program) PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- MA/MS/MBA degree
- Site operations management experience in Europe
- Reverse logistics or supply chain experience and familiarity
- Experience with repair operations for consumer electronics
- Experience managing large-scale and dynamic technical projects
- Analytical and solution modeling skills
- PMP or Six Sigma Certification
The RL Operations program manager will be responsible for over-seeing all Corsair RL operations. This role requires working closely with contract manufacturers and 3PL partners to ensure the highest repair quality and operational efficiency across all sites. Your responsibilities will include balancing inventory levels, developing and leveraging key performance indicators, reviewing purchase orders, monitoring contractual performance, negotiating pricing, and ensuring build commitments are met. You will also manage site consolidation and expansion as required. Ultimately, we’re looking for an operations manager who is adept at managing operations and has a track record of continuously driving operational excellence at every level.

For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Annual Salary Range $130,000—$150,000 USD
