- Define, manage and oversee UKI governance activities for regional Pension & Benefit offerings.
- Lead the UKI Penson & Benefits Team (currently 4 colleagues based in our Birmingham office)
- Identify, seek approval for and implement opportunities for changes to the UKI benefits suite in a cost constrained environment
- Define and implement a programme of Employee Engagement activities (including design and implementation of regular UK wide employee webinars)
- Deliver compliance activities (including but not limited to Auto Enrolment requirements and triennial valuations of defined benefit schemes)
- Consulting with key stakeholders and changes to investment strategy for UKI defined benefit schemes
- Subject Matter Expert in all UK pensions management topics, including; UK defined benefit and UK defined contribution pension plans
- Very good working knowledge of benefits topics, flexible benefits, and regular insurance re-broking activities
- Experience operating at a senior level (for example establishing credibility with senior management, and influencing and maintaining relations with key stakeholders, representing the HR function
- Experience of project management and change execution under pressured deadlines
- Working knowledge of key banking concepts and metrics such as regulatory and economical capital, liquidity, dividend paying capacity and so on would be an advantage but is not essential.

The Head of Pension & Benefits, UKI role is a great opportunity to join Deutsche Bank at an exciting time and develop your career further. The role reports into the Head of HR, UK, with matrix reporting lines to Global Benefits (HR Performance & Reward).
As The Head of Pension & Benefits, UKI you will have responsibility for all pension and benefits delivery and activity in the UKI region (UK, Ireland and Channel Islands), supported by the wider UKI P&B team. Managing the Bank / Trustee relationships for 3 defined benefit plans.
