Job Description

- Operate the phenolic treated material rewinder safelyu00A0
- Monitor and maintain visual quality according to Product Quality Departments standardsu00A0
- Insure that the material is rewound properly.u00A0
- Make any necessary adjustments to machine for proper operation and notify checker of any malfunctionsu00A0
- Remove completed rolls and stage in staging areau00A0
- Record all needed information on logu00A0
- Perform Oracle functions on computer for backup to wet end operator.u00A0
- Regular Attendance Required
- Knowledge of safety standards applicable to Phenolic Department and other pertinent rules / regulationsu00A0 governing work standards.
- Knowledge of hazardous materials and safe handling.u00A0
- Knowledge of the operating functions of the rewinder machinery.
