What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design high-performance RF and analog circuits per specified requirements
- Direct layout technicians to implement circuits using industry standard EDA tools
- Utilize strong RF design skills in various areas using SiGe BiCMOS and CMOS (SOI) technologies
- Collaborate with dynamic teams to drive innovation and success
- Ensure compliance with ITAR Regulations and eligibility requirements for U.S. Citizens or U.S. Permanent Residents
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering
- 20+ years of industry experience in RF Analog circuit design
- Proficiency in Cadence EDA tools such as Composer/Virtuoso and SpectreRF, Spectre, HSPICE
- Experience with field solver software like ANSYS, Keysight ADS, Helic, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience above 15 GHz preferred
