Completing Request for Proposals, Due Diligence Questionnaires and other new business or client-related questionnaires which accurately and favorably represent the organization, and its investment products and services, to prospective clients and their advisers.
Assisting other RFP Specialists in completion of their RFPs, ensuring consistency with best practice guidelines, and that draft responses meet external client requirements and accurately positions the organization.
Ensuring all appropriate approval/review steps have been completed and documented for each submission, with inputs from other RFP members, Product Management team and the Distribution team.
Prioritizing own workload to adhering to the project timeline, highlighting any challenges or resource constraints in advance.
Supporting the update of existing content, distinguishing between opportunity-specific customization and generic content.
Building and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues and business partners.
Developing understanding of external clients and their requirements, our investment products, and distribution and product management priorities.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
1-2 years of experience preferably in Financial Services or Consulting
Understanding asset classed equity, fixed income, real estate, and alternatives – as an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus experience of proofreading.
Ability to interact professionally with a wide range of stakeholders across the business.
Meticulous attention to detail across all aspects of data, language and grammar, and general layout/presentation.
Able to manage multiple tasks and flexible/adaptable to allow you to adjust to changes in workflow and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of other European language (French, German, Italian) would be a plus
Good MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills are needed, with knowledge of Qvidan or other content database – as an advantage.
Claritas Investment Certificate (CFA Institute) or Investment Management Certificate (IMC) – as an advantage.

What is the EMEA RFP/DDQ team responsible for?
Our EMEA RFP/DDQ team is responsible for servicing all information requests from prospects and existing clients about our firm and products we offer. We are looking to add RFP Associate to our team to support our EMEA RFP / DDQ Team with completion of questionnaires and service our EMEA prospect and clients. Within this role you’ll work in a highly interactive environment requiring close teamwork with business partners globally to meet critical timelines. You’ll also be instrumental in developing and enhancing written client responses related to detailed product reviews involving fixed income, equity, multi-solutions and alternatives for both retail and institutional channels.
