      Job Description:

      Administrative Assistant: This position is responsible for assisting management in all administrative needs -prepares and distributes reports; receives incoming phone calls, greets visitors; types miscellaneous letters and memos; oversees special projects; performs other clerical functions. Must have outstanding phone skills; excellent organizational and time management skills; strong follow-up skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to prioritize work with strong attention to detail and strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Excel) Special Requirements or Call outs: (ex: standing for long hours, lifting requirements, etc.) Transportation/Parking Information (Is the client's site accessible by public transportation? Does client validate parking? Does client provide reimbursement for parking? Etc.) Parking in front, side and back of warehouse. (Ariel Map can be attached) Conversational / Qualifying Questions: ( Any interview questions you feel are helpful for your client. List things you would typically ask when interviewing candidates.) All positions-
      Able to stand for 8 hours of their shift?
      Can lift to 50 lbs?
      Work in non-temperature-controlled environment?
      Wear Steel Toes?
      Working with your hands repeatedly?
      Bending and lifting repeatedly?
      Working in other depts based on business needs?
      Assignment Type: (CPE, LT Temp, ST Temp, Temp to Hire, Etc.) Temp to Hire Hours: (ex: 12-hour shifts – 4:00AM-4:00PM ) 1st Shift Monday-Friday – 5am-1:30pm $18.00

      Is OT required: All OT for CTDI is voluntary never Mandatory. Positions are Monday-Friday PPE/Dress code: (list any PPE the candidate will need to provide. Ex: steel toed shoes) Dress code is casual- Pants/Shorts no ripped clothing, no leggings, sweats or athletic wear. Jeans, Utility, Cargo, Khakis are all acceptable. Shorts have to be knee length
      Shirt must have sleeves, no low-cut shirts or showing of midriff.
      Steel Toes or all Leather shoes
      No Hats/headgear.
      Talent Factory Delivery & Overfill: (ex: Direct Send (offer accepted), Field Review (Internal Submission), Field Review w/onboarding (Internal Submission + OB) + any overfill needs (ex: direct send - overfill by 10) Internal Submission- Direct send/ onboarding completed/DS will be conducted 1st day at orientation.
