      Job Summary:

      Harley-Davidson Brand Ambassador / Demo Program / Riding Experience Associate on the Harley-Davidson Museum Riding Experiences Team.

      Job Responsibilities:
      • An experienced motorcycle rider with a valid motorcycle endorsement / license
      • Support the execution of on campus events and riding experiences (Motorcycle Demos, JumpStart, Rentals) by managing a demo fleet and equipment
      • Make sure all activities are run safely and follow HEAP training guidelines
      • Represent the Harley-Davidson Brand by interacting with customers / enthusiasts
      • Educate visitors about new products / vehicles models / parts and accessories / etc.
      • Run the H-D Global Lead App (GLA) Lead Generation and Liability Waiver System

      Education Requirements:

      • HS Diploma or GED Required

      Experience Requirements:
      • Must be 21 years or older
      • Must have a motorcycle endorsement / license with motorcycle riding experience and be able to ride H-D Company Owned Vehicles (motorcycles)
      • Must be comfortable representing the Harley-Davidson Brand
      • Minimum of 4 years of related experience
      • Customer service skills with the ability to interact directly with customers
      • A true team spirit and passion for the brand who thrives on working as a part of an enthusiastic and energetic team, inspiring others, demonstrating collaborative approaches to achieving results, encouraging the inputs and ideas of others and understands the importance of positive active listening

      The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
