      Overview:

Headquartered in Houston, Texas, the Company also maintains primary regional offices in Australia, Singapore, Brazil, and Scotland, with local offices in other countries as required to support operations.

      Responsibilities:

      The Rig Administrator will report to the OIM and will be responsible for general administrative support to rig management.

      The Rig Administrator may:

      • Manage helicopter operations in conjunction with HLO and bridge
      • Maintain and update POB on rig
      • Create helo manifests for flights with approval from OIM/Company Rep
      • Manage helo waiting room personnel and show proper orientation videos and disembarking videos as required by region
      • Manage telephone and communications (fax/email) while maintaining confidentiality of all communication transmissions as per rig policies
      • Participate in all drills as per station bill
      • Participate fully in all Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives and safety programs
      • Follow Diamond Offshore Global Excellence Management System (G.E.M.S.)
      • Perform other duties as required

      Qualifications:

      Basic Qualifications:

      • At least 18 years of age
      • Legally authorized to work in the United States, without restrictions
      • Willing and able to be away from home for a 28-day rotation offshore on the rig
      • 1 or more years experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Outlook, Word, Excel.
      • Possess or able to obtain a valid Transportation Worker's Identification Credential (TWIC). Any candidate selected for this position will not be allowed to begin work without a card in hand or proof from the TSA of a card "In Production" or "In Transit."       Preferred Qualifications:

      • Offshore experience
