      You improve the client experience by coordinating efforts to ensure a smooth right of entry and service installation while helping increase the number of commercial building entries. You maintain positive relationships with team members and interact with internal partners in person and digitally within an office environment.

      WHAT OUR ENTERPRISE SERVICE DELIVERY ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST

      • Consistently facilitate forward order movement through the workflow within predefined timelines.
      • Conduct detailed property research to obtain property information and prepare orders.
      • Deliver on client expectations by building and maintaining positive relationships with key partners in the right of entry process.
      • Partner with key right of entry partners to resolve escalations and expedite orders.
      • Maximize the department by managing order volume and small projects.

      WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO Spectrum Business

      Required Qualifications

      • Experience: Two years of experience in finance, business operations or commercial real estate; Two years of telecommunications industry experience.
      • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
        Technical Skills: Experience with right of entry contracts, certificate of insurance and counter signatures; Knowledge of Spectrum Business’s cable and fiber network infrastructure, products and services; Familiar with the standard service delivery workflow, processes and procedures; Proficient in Microsoft Office .
      • Skills: Organizational, prioritization, planning and English communication skills.
      • Abilities: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret construction drawings and use map applications to survey sites.
