- Consistently facilitate forward order movement through the workflow within predefined timelines.
- Conduct detailed property research to obtain property information and prepare orders.
- Deliver on client expectations by building and maintaining positive relationships with key partners in the right of entry process.
- Partner with key right of entry partners to resolve escalations and expedite orders.
- Maximize the department by managing order volume and small projects.
- Experience: Two years of experience in finance, business operations or commercial real estate; Two years of telecommunications industry experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Technical Skills: Experience with right of entry contracts, certificate of insurance and counter signatures; Knowledge of Spectrum Business’s cable and fiber network infrastructure, products and services; Familiar with the standard service delivery workflow, processes and procedures; Proficient in Microsoft Office . - Skills: Organizational, prioritization, planning and English communication skills.
- Abilities: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret construction drawings and use map applications to survey sites.
