      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review provider documentation to ensure compliance with Medicare Advantage and other risk adjustment documentation requirements
      - Conduct medical record audits to assess and document coding accuracy related to Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC)
      - Interact with physicians regarding coding, billing, and documentation policies
      - Provide training and support to new employees and existing staff
      - Stay informed about coding regulations and changes in Medicare, Medicaid, and private payer requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - AAPC or AHIMA certification as a Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) & Certified Coding Specialist (CCS-P), CCS, or CPC
      - 3-5+ years of experience in risk adjustment coding and/or billing
      - Reliable transportation and valid driver's license; ability to travel up to 75% of work time
      - Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong billing knowledge and/or Certified Professional Biller (CPB) certification
      - Knowledge of Risk Adjustment and Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC) for Medicare Advantage
      - Strong PowerPoint and public speaking experience
      - Experience with data analysis in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
      - Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com
