      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead all internal and external risk adjustment projects from conception to implementation
      - Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed
      - Develop and present complex analytics to communicate ongoing financial performance
      - Ensure compliance with CMS and MassHealth risk-related activities and participate in audits
      - Develop strategies for provider training, education, and medical management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of risk adjustment experience
      - Experience leading complex projects and presenting analytics to executive levels
      - Knowledge of HHS Commercial Risk Adjustment, CMS Risk Adjustment, and related guidelines
      - Medical coding certification or equivalent experience preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of leadership experience in a relevant field
      - Previous experience with CMS risk adjustment audits (RADV)
      - Familiarity with the CMS-HCC model and other relevant coding and documentation guidelines
