      Risk Adjustment Project Coordinator (Campaign Associate)

      Work Remotely from Oregon, Washington, Idaho or Utah

      Primary Job Purpose

      The Risk Adjustment Project Coordinator (Campaign Associate) oversees multiple small to large-scale complex projects related to Medicare Advantage and Commercial risk adjustment campaigns. The Risk Adjustment Coordinator (Campaign Associate) leads the campaign and project activities including scope, capacity planning, resource allocation, costs and timing while minimizing financial and compliance risks under the direction of management. Working closely with cross functional teams, the campaign associate is responsible for monitoring the day-to-day performance levels both internally and externally, to ensure campaign success and accomplishment of timelines and expected deliverables. The Risk Adjustment Campaign Associate is also responsible for internal EMR medical record retrieval for all Risk Adjustment campaigns.

      General Functions and Outcomes

      • Monitors daily vendor performance against project schedule.

      • Supports the preparation of project reports and presentation of information to management, project teams, and client/customer groups.

      • Monitors project documentation for compliance with standards.

      • Develops and maintains the overall project documentation library ensuring that all documentation is established, maintained and retained as necessary in project databases.

      • Applies continuous quality improvement techniques and methodologies to all facets of job responsibility.

      • May plan and manage small, well-defined projects or sub-projects under the general direction of more senior project managers.

      • May retrieve medical records for MA and ACA campaigns through internal EMR access based on production goals set by the manager of Risk Adjustment Campaigns.

      Minimum Requirements

      • Ability to manage small, less complex projects with minimum supervision.

      • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools.

      • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

      • Experience in project management methods and techniques.

      • Ability to interpret service provider contracts and statements of work (SOW).

      • Knowledge of Facets, PIMS, and claims processes is preferred.

      • Ability to track and monitor service provider performance and delivery quality against service level agreements (SLAs).

      • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with all levels of leadership.

      Normally to be proficient in the competencies listed above

      Risk Adjustment Campaign Associate would have a Bachelor's Degree in business, project management, healthcare, or related field and at least 2 years of experience in a project support role (preferably within health care), or equivalent combination of education and experience.

      Required Licenses, Certifications, Registration, Etc.

      Certificate or training in Project Management a plus.

      Work Environment

      • Travel may be required, either locally or out of state.
      • Global travel may be required.

      The expected hiring range for a Risk Adjustment Coordinator (Campaign Associate) is $60,000.00 - $82,000.00 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; performance history; and work location. The bonus target for this position is 5%. The current full salary range for this role is $56,500.00 to $92,500.00.
