What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead clinical trial teams in the implementation of risk-based quality management (RBQM) practices
- Collaborate with study teams to develop comprehensive risk management plans
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks throughout the clinical trial process
- Determine monitoring requirements based on study and site-specific risks
- Provide training and expert guidance to enhance overall risk management practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical research experience in CRO or pharmaceutical settings
- At least 2 years of experience in risk-based monitoring or risk management
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and collaborate across functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical capabilities
- In-depth knowledge of FDA, EMA, and ICH GCP regulations, particularly in Phase 1-3 clinical studies
