What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support oversight of CCAR/Capital Planning related activities within Financial Risk Oversight
- Participate in the development of a capital oversight framework that complies with relevant policies and regulations
- Design capital risk strategies, analytics, and metrics for reporting capital risk exposures to senior management
- Conduct independent oversight of capital risk activities, ensuring risks are accurately measured and controlled
- Analyze data for risk trends and discrepancies, effectively communicating findings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Risk Analytics or Analytics OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Risk Analytics or Analytics
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and compile data
- Experience in developing strategies for risk evaluation and management
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and executive leadership
- Familiarity with regulations and policies related to financial risk management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in capital management or related financial oversight roles
- Knowledge of CCAR (Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review) processes
- Familiarity with risk assessment models and simulation scenarios
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Previous experience working in a remote environment
