- Create insightful risk management reports for management and risk committees.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to gather and analyze performance and risk-related information.
- Oversee, monitor, and report on risk management activities.
- Provide support and assistance to employees regarding regulatory guidance and company policies.
- Assist with audits and examinations, ensuring compliance and readiness.
- Build and nurture effective working relationships to address risk management matters collaboratively.
- Deliver guidance and training to foster a culture of risk control awareness, ownership, and accountability.
- Monitor and analyze risks within Central Bank’s business units, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of banking experience preferred.
- Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with management and persuade cooperation from employees.
- Strong personal management skills, including time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Flexibility to adapt to work routines required during audits, examinations, or other special reviews.
