What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide insurance expertise for property and casualty lines, including coverage forms and operational commercial assets
- Identify and analyze risk exposures for various asset classes and locations
- Serve as an expert on risk controls and insurance coverage for personnel
- Manage transit and property modules in the Risk Management database
- Develop communication tools for senior management regarding risk management policies and claims history
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree; concentration in Risk Management preferred
- Experience with insurance underwriting or brokerage
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to analyze and work with data sets to drive change through data analysis

- Professional certificates such as ARM or CPCU
- Experience presenting to C Suite members
- Creative and analytical thinking skills
- Self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
