Job Description

- Enterprise risk management
- Work closely with _VOIS India Risk Head and support the rollout of the _VOIS ERM framework and actively manage (i.e. train and coordinate) functional risk SPoCs
- Execute risk reviews and assessments for identifying key risks
- Prepare clear and succinct reporting for the various risk committees.
- Participate and build a strong risk committee in _VOIS India and establish the risk function as a reputed centre of excellence, supporting the business to achieve its objectives.
- Policy Compliance
- Work closely with _VOIS India Compliance Head and support the rollout of the _VOIS Policy compliance framework and effective operation of the _VOIS Policy Compliance
- Contribute to the awareness raising of the staff related to policies and compliance requirements, support the Policy Champions in their similar efforts.
- Execute and coordinate/support as first and second lines of assurance.
- Experience of working in a global and matrixed environment, managing multiple and conflicting priorities and managing varied and senior stakeholders.
- Background in some of the risk and compliance areas impacting Vodafone.
- Experience of developing, implementing, driving and managing risk and compliance control frameworks to measure and mitigate risk.
- Quickly able to analyse large volumes of data, report and present complex information in a succinct and informative way.
Role purpose:
To ensure the setup and maintenance of an effective risk management and policy compliance framework that complies with the Group Standards and other relevant regulations.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Educated to degree level
Proficient in MS Office tools including Word, Powerpoint & Excel.
Risk Management Certification as relevant in the region/ country.
