Now we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Risk & Compliance Manager to safeguard our future while helping us evolve in an ever-changing financial landscape. What you'll be doing Be the trusted voice on regulatory obligations, ensuring we stay ahead of ASIC, APRA and legislative changes. Cultivate a strong risk culture, embedding good practice into daily operations across all departments. Own the narrative - develop risk appetite statements, lead assessments and craft insightful reports that speak to our Executive Team and Board. Inspire and guide a small team, championing professional growth and cross-functional capability. Be our compass - liaise with internal and external auditors, regulators and key stakeholders to ensure the Bank is not just compliant but confident. Keep us sharp - drive continuous improvements, monitor incidents and ensure remediation actions hit the mark. About You To be successful in the role you will demonstrate the below key attributes and experience: * A strong background in risk and compliance within banking or financial services. * Sound knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including ASIC and APRA. * Leadership experience with a passion for mentoring and team uplift. * Sharp analytical and reporting skills - you're someone who can spot trends, unpack risk, and tell a clear story. * Confidence to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. * A collaborative mindset, always looking for ways to make things better.
