Develop and maintain tracking documentation for risks and controls in scope.
Coordinate the intake / review / approval of any documentation to be shared as part of the review in collaboration with Business Risk & Internal Control teams.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders which include, but may not be limited to, Policy Owners, Product Owners, Engineers, Legal & Compliance as the single point of contact for specific Risk Assessment and control engagements.
Collaborate with Product owners to ensure all active risk, their associated controls and a risk response for gaps are documented as part of the risk assessment process.
Can manage multiple assessments simultaneously, prioritizing responses inline with deadline expectations.
Represent Consumer and Credit as the First Line of Defense (FLOD) for all Risk Lifecycle engagements.
Provide weekly and monthly reporting to the Senior Leaders, partners and product owners to include updates on Risk assessment progress and escalate any potential risks that may impact timelines.
Risk Management Experience related to Consumer and Credit activities.
Relationship Management experience within a compliance and/or consumer banking environment
High energy, strong work ethic, action oriented and results driven.
Demonstrates the value of being a team player working across cross-functional teams.
Excellent written, organization, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Solid analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
Adept at project management; prioritization, decisioning and task management skills with attention to detail and a strong focus on deliverables with time limitations.
Must have the ability to troubleshoot complex issues, to provide potential solutions, to track issue status, and to report findings to internal stakeholders, peers, management and cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to interact with technical project leads, developers, quality assurance, and business team members.
3+ years of relevant work experience.
Proficient in MS OFFICE.

PayPal’s Consumer and Credit Operational Risk team is looking for a Risk & Compliance Oversight Analyst to support the execution and management of the Risk Lifecycle program. This position will work closely with the Consumer and Credit Product Managers to plan, conduct workshops and complete end to end risk assessments as well as maintain and manage our controls inventory across our organization. The candidate will be responsible for the risk and controls inventory maintenance in our system of record as well as complete annual refreshes of all risk assessments.
