This role requires flexibility in working hours to accommodate US, EU, and APAC time zones
Up to 30% travel to associated regions
Support the continuous improvement of an effective compliance program through implementing processes and procedures and reviewing/assessing them against internal control standards.
Develop, initiate, revise, and monitor internal control policies and procedures with a focus on standardization across the division.
Identify and remediate risk and compliance vulnerabilities while providing guidance and coaching, and escalating to senior leaders when necessary.
Direct risk & compliance education, guiding facilities, business partners, and leaders and fostering a culture of integrity.
Provide support during internal audits, certifications, and re-certifications of noncompliance findings, ensuring robust action plans.
Lead large-scale and complex projects to uniquely remediate compliance risk within a global team.
Degree in business, law, or a related field.
Professional level of English required (C1).
A certification in audit/management/accounting is preferred, such as: International Accredited Business Accountant (IABA), Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA), Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), Certified Community Bank Compliance Officer (CCBCO), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), etc.
Audit & Compliance (Extensive experience): Oversight of A&C functions, implementation of processes, regulatory adaptation, contribution to strategies and best practices.
Risk Management (Extensive experience): Risk model evaluation, deployment of tools/processes, cross-functional process design, internal benchmarking.
Analytical Thinking (Working knowledge): Structured problem analysis, solution comparison, use of visual tools, identification of key issues.
Effective Communication (Working knowledge): Clear & effective communication of complex concepts, active listening, audience adaptation, emotional intelligence.
Data Collection & Analysis (Extensive experience): Cost-benefit analysis, completeness and accuracy validation, recognition of patterns, trends, and anomalies.
Process Management (Extensive experience): Process optimization, cross-team coordination, change management, tool mastery.
Relationship Management (Extensive experience): Expectation setting, negotiation, performance tracking, long-term relationship building.

Risk & Compliance Professional
As a Risk & Compliance Professional for Excavation Division, you will join a global team in ensuring that leaders and employees comply with company policies and procedures, values in action, and applicable laws and regulations.
You will handle a wide range of complex risk and compliance matters, and lead projects aimed at improving the overall compliance program of the Excavation Division. Within these areas, you will be responsible for training and providing guidance to business partners and senior leaders and ensuring adequate risk coverage across the division.
You will support all EXD offices and facilities (USA, Singapore, Japan, France, Poland, Hungary, Netherlands, Germany) with legal and regulatory compliance as well as risk management.
