- Performs virtual safety assessments for new PEO clients, determines Safety Service Model, and determines disposition for ongoing risk & safety services
- Performs initial client workers’ compensation and safety orientations to inform the clients of the risk services provided and to discuss the client’s responsibilities in the PEO relationship.
- Manages CRM entries daily to ensure data is accurate and complete
- Other duties as assigned to support the general purpose of the PEO Risk & Safety department
- H.S. Diploma - Preferred
- Associate's Degree - Preferred
- 1 year of experience in Occupational Health & Safety.

Note: This is a Bench/Prospective Role
This posting is for a bench requisition. We are currently accepting applications and conducting interviews in advance of upcoming hiring needs. If selected, you will be among the first considered when the position becomes available. This is a great opportunity to get ahead in the process and be ready when the role opens.
Helps manage our PEO workers' compensation program by assessing the risk of new clients. Provides support to PEO clients during initial onboarding. Assists Safety team in areas of client data entry, database maintenance and problem resolution.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $20.33 - $29.03hourly. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
