      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct property risk engineering field inspections for existing and prospective policyholders
      - Generate technical property risk engineering reports identifying exposures and recommending controls
      - Collaborate with Risk Analysts to resolve identified property risk engineering deficiencies
      - Mentor junior Risk Engineering Consultants and guide them in report generation and auditing
      - Coordinate with internal and external resources on risks of varying complexity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline preferred
      - 8+ years of technical and/or engineering-related experience
      - Strong understanding of NFPA Codes and Standards or equivalent
      - Excellent communication skills for conveying technical decisions
      - High level of proficiency in HSIP Risk Engineering core competencies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the insurance industry or risk engineering field
      - Familiarity with Factory Mutual Guidelines
      - Proven ability to mentor and develop less experienced consultants
