What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the preparation, review, and updating of governance documentation, such as charters and policies
- Support senior risk committee meetings by planning agendas and preparing meeting materials and minutes
- Assist with Board reporting and regulatory filings, as well as updates for rating agencies
- Monitor new legal and regulatory requirements to assess risk to the employer
- Act as project lead on key initiatives as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of related work experience, preferably in financial services within risk management or compliance
- Undergraduate degree, ideally in risk management or law
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task completion
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills, including report drafting
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel
