- Develop risk management analyses, reports, procedures, guidelines and quick reference guides in support of Global Regulatory Relations and Enterprise Issues Management reporting
- Liaison with technology partners to deliver enhancements requested by senior Global Risk management in support of reporting and monitoring on enterprise portfolios
- Creates board, executive and management level issue management, and regulatory remediation reporting.
- Design, implement and maintain Alteryx workflows and Tableau dashboards for use by management in day-to-day operations.
- Analyze multiple data sets to develop thoughtful insights and cohesive commentary for executive leadership.
- Participates in establishing risk management procedures and standards.
- Conducts execution of risk framework activities including independent monitoring and testing of controls and risk management processes for the Line of Business (LOB)
- Manages risk requests, breach remediation's and providing risk effective challenges for front line units.
- Oversees partnerships with support organizations and Line of Business (LOB) partners to gather information needed to support the implementation of solutions that resolve critical business challenges and opportunities
- Understand the roles and responsibilities within Regulatory Relations, Issue Owners, Regulatory Issues Steering Council, as appropriate, to ensure the ability to navigate current processes.
- Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in issue management or governance/strategic reporting roles
- Proven process design, documentation, and project management skills
- Advanced understanding of issue management reporting and processes
- Expertise with PowerPoint, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Oracle
- Ability to independently develop logic to extract, analyze, and merge data from disparate systems.
- Strong reporting, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong personal drive, individual initiative, a sense of urgency, and responsiveness, with a desire to grow, learn, and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
- Understanding of QA/QC activities
- Knowledgeable of Bank of America’s business lines, operations, organizational structure, senior executives, etc.
- Previous experience working in Regulatory Relations or Issues Management Reporting a strong plus
