- Lead the execution of one or more substantial workstreams within Wells Fargo's implementation of the Digital and Electronic Communications plan; including policy, procedures, and associated controls for the broker dealer and swap dealer businesses
- Lead analysis, planning, and execution of regulated record retention and surveillance associated with digital and electronic communications, as required
- Act as a top subject matter professional for Business Execution who leads highly complex, large, and cross organizational strategic initiatives with companywide impact
- Lead the strategy and resolution of the most complex and significant challenges across multiple lines of business
- Plan and manage strategic initiatives, using solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of domestic and international business
- Provide vision, leadership, and industry knowledge regarding highly complex cross organizational strategic initiatives that significantly influence the company's business
- Strategically lead all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of business and support groups
- Evaluate effectiveness and provide updates to key enterprise stakeholders, leadership, and executive leadership regarding the root cause, cost or benefit, and risk evaluations
- Support the execution of other substantial workstreams within Wells Fargo's broader Risk Transformation work, as needed
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, broad reaching
- 10+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Outstanding executive communication skills, including a demonstrated record of communicating complicated topics to senior executives
- Experience managing large-scale initiatives, preferably at one or more major financial services institutions
- Knowledge of the firm's risk management framework, including relevant policies, procedures, and programs
- JD, MBA, or other relevant advanced degrees and/or certifications

Job Expectations:In New York City the standard base pay range for this role is $144,400.00 - 300,000.00 USD Annually. This base pay range is specific to New York City and may not be applicable to other locations.
