  JOB CONTENTS

  Our teams continue to grow, which is why we are looking for you - our new Maintenance Coordinator!

  In this position, you will be our hero when it comes to providing comprehensive support to our retail locations in Poland in the maintenance and upkeep of our stores. You are the first point of contact and ensure that business runs smoothly and that we continuously develop our service.

  YOUR TASKS

  In this position you will rock various activities reliably, helpfully, on time and accurately. The focus is on the following tasks:

  • Execution of the service maintenance plan of our stores through work orders and repairs
  • Managing service requests and data maintenance within the maintenance program
  • Providing the necessary supplies for our stores in consultation with internal and external partners
  • Implementation of new processes and forms in maintenance area
  • Ensuring the agreed service level

  YOUR PROFILE

  • You are living proof that multitasking, organizational and time management skills go hand in hand.
  • You are independent in your work, but at the same time feel at home in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position.
  • Thanks to your digital mindset, you can easily master MS Office and general IT system applications.
  • Experienced general administrative profile, preferably in retail.
  • You communicate fluently in English with our international colleagues.
