      Work Schedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday
      Hourly Pay Rate: $14.70
      Location: Suprise, AZ

      Job Summary:

      The Bingo Worker supports Riverboat Bingo operations by providing excellent customer service, conducting sales, verifying winners, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring accurate financial accountability. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to stand for long periods while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

      Responsibilities:

      • Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude and courteous behavior at all times.
      • Assist in the training of new workers as needed.
      • Maintain knowledge of all bingo equipment (POS systems, monitors, caller stand, Champion II).
      • Report all incidents or accidents to the Team Leader immediately.
      • Set up assigned office positions with the appropriate paper stock.
      • Ensure assigned work area is properly set up prior to opening for sales.
      • Log in to assigned POS register and conduct window sales.
      • Complete, balance, and submit all required accountability forms at the end of each shift.
      • Conduct “last call” floor sales for designated games per office procedures.
      • Turn on monitors and video machines before sessions.
      • Check caller script or consult with the lead for any special announcements.
      • Conduct floor sales and collect payments from players with valid receipts.
      • Count and turn in all floor sales money; complete the runner sheet.
      • Monitor the floor visually and auditorily for players calling “bingo.”
      • Verify winning cards and confirm with another player.
      • Announce game closures and intermission per schedule.
      • Award correct prize amounts and complete related documentation.
      • Print individual and session sales reports.
      • Ensure assigned cash drawer is accurate; provide correct change and prepare daily deposits.
      • Participate in the completion of all required bingo forms, including all necessary signatures.
      • Maintain cleanliness during and after sessions—remove trash, sanitize tables, and tidy the office area.
      • Accept in-kind donations and support five annual drives.
      • Maintain knowledge of A New Leaf programs to promote community awareness.
      • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
      • Maintain effective communication and working relationships with coworkers, customers, and supervisors.
      • Perform other duties as assigned.

      Qualifications:

      Education:

      • High School Diploma or GED required.
      • Experience:
      • Prior customer service experience preferred.
      • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with cash handling responsibilities is a plus.
      • Familiarity with Arizona Department of Revenue Bingo Rules and Regulations preferred.
      • Previous experience operating point-of-sale (POS) systems is helpful.
