What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and encourage department employees in the absence of Department Manager
- Plan, assign, coach, train, and direct the work of department employees
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and branches
- Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and internal policies
- Resolve escalated member and department issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum five years of financial institution experience and/or customer service experience
- Flexible schedule including Saturdays
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem solve and manage time effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in financial services industry
- Knowledge of Randolph Brooks accounts, products, and services
