Job Summary

Reporting to the Cardiac Rehabilitation Manager, the Cardiac Rehabilitation Registered Nurse’s role will integrate the components of clinician, teacher and consultant. The Registered Nurse will orient, assess, teach and monitor rehab patients as they progress through the program. The Registered Nurse will modify treatment plans according to changes manifested in patients. The primary nurse is responsible to the patient and family.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education
  • BSN degree in Nursing.
• Experience
  • Advanced cardiovascular clinical experience including CCU and Telemetry required
  • 1 year CCU experience preferred
• Licensure and/or Certification
  • Current license as a professional nurse in Massachusetts required.
  • BLS healthcare provider required
  • ACLS required
• Skills
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Computer skills required.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
