      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Communicate and follow-up with plan members to ensure program understanding
      - Manage case load across various clients and surgical categories
      - Coordinate scheduling and approval process for surgery requests
      - Resolve Member barriers to utilizing benefits
      - Maintain and update application with current data

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Active, multistate licensure as a Registered Nurse
      - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
      - Minimum of 5 years clinical acute care experience as an RN
      - Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Office, and contact center-style phone systems
      - Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
