Job Description

- Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of acute care experience in settings such as hospitals, urgent care centers, PACU, specialty clinics, or post-acute facilities.
- Licensure:
- Active, unrestricted California RN license (no restrictions or disciplinary actions).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite.
- Comfortable navigating multiple screens and systems simultaneously.
- Communication:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Education:
- Associate Degree in Nursing required;Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Experience:
- Diverse clinical experience across multiple specialties.
- Prior experience in utilization management or prior authorization processes.
- Any restrictions on CA RN license.
- Significant gaps in employment history.
- Out-of-state residency– candidates must reside in California.
Registered Nurse – Utilization Management
PAY: $45 hourly - $50 hourly
Target Start Date: July 28, 2025
Location: Fully Remote
Schedule: Monday – Friday,
8am to 430pm, 40 hours, no OT
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail oriented. Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Utilization Management team. This role is ideal for a clinically skilled RN with a strong experience in acute care and a passion for ensuring high-quality, efficient patient care. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and proficiency in navigating healthcare systems and software.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
