  Are you a proactive RN with leadership skills and a love for variety in your day? Roseville Care Center is calling your name! We’re seeking a Full-Time RN Charge Nurse who can float between AM and PM shifts, bringing clinical excellence and steady guidance wherever it’s needed most.

  This role is perfect for a strong communicator and confident clinician who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make an impact across multiple shifts. Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) is essential—we run a tight chart!

  ? Your Impact:

  • Lead nursing teams during AM and PM shifts with professionalism and heart

  • Assess, monitor, and coordinate resident care plans

  • Support CNAs and LVNs with expert guidance and mentorship

  • Document accurately using PointClickCare (PCC)

  • Serve as a go-to resource for residents, families, and team members

  • Help maintain a culture of compassion, quality, and teamwork

  ✅ You Bring:

  • Active RN license in good standing (California)

  • 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred

  • Confidence with PointClickCare (PCC)

  • Flexibility to float between AM (6am–2pm) and PM (2pm–10pm)

  • Excellent clinical judgment and team leadership skills

  ✅ Job Summary:

  This RN Charge Nurse oversees the day-to-day nursing operations for the AM & PM shift, including direct supervision of staff, care plan implementation, patient assessments, documentation, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include medication administration, team leadership, interdisciplinary collaboration, and maintaining quality care standards in alignment with federal, state, and facility policies. Familiarity with PCC and strong communication skills are essential. The role requires occasional administrative duties and emergency nursing support as needed.
