      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the coordination, supervision, and implementation of professional and supportive services for hospice patients
      - Oversee the care team and provide education and training related to clinical practice, regulation, and reimbursement changes
      - Help orient new employees to ensure they are integrated into the care team effectively
      - Ensure every patient receives the highest quality care
      - Serve as a key member of the care team to enhance patient experiences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current state license as a registered nurse
      - Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred)
      - 2-3 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in a clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment
      - Evidence of clinical and supervisory knowledge and experience relevant to assigned responsibilities
      - Reliable transportation and physical ability to lift at least 80-100 lbs
